Pulmonaria

I think this is the Pulmonaria with that very descriptive name 'Spilt Milk'. The leaves certainly look like milk has been splashed all over them.

These plants are happier now they're in the shade.

All my Pulmonarias grow well in the shade, but I have to be careful that they get extra watering in summer. I like the elegant leaf shape of 'Spilt Milk' very much.

Spring Flowering

Of course Pulmonarias flower in spring - the flowers (soft shades of pink and blue) are close to the ground and easily missed.
